Once installed you will find it difficult to detect any visible changes. Do-Not-Track, the privacy features introduced in Firefox 4 has been moved so it 'a bit easier to find (Tools> Options> Privacy, which really should be in the first place), but that's about it.
The most significant additions is the new single support for CSS Animations, a technology that allows developers to create simple web animations, even if you do not know JavaScript.
